“Judy Feld has been invaluable in helping me to navigate over the years from one interesting work situation to another, and to clearly identify what I wanted to do, instead of accepting what seemed to be available or what was the most logical next step in my career. In each case, I was able to craft the type of work I wanted and to receive excellent compensation for it.” Patricia T. Kelly, Ph.D., Medical Geneticist
"I've worked with Judy on an ongoing basis for six years now. She's fantastic! As an entrepreneur with a thriving and growing business, my primary motivation for hiring a coach in the beginning was to develop a strategy to allow me to take business-free vacations. With Judy's help and insights, I accomplished this (and so much more) while strengthening my business standards in the process. Judy is fun to work with, has a great sense of humor, and a wonderful curiosity. It's a comfort to me knowing that she's a ready sounding board and advisor for any business challenge I have." Karen C. Duester, MS, RD, President, Food Consulting Company

The ICF is actively involved in researching and developing programs in the legal, regulatory, and credentialing areas that will serve coaches and their clients with integrity and professionalism. "The majority of my energy and thought process have focused on doing the right things for my company. Coaching allows you some space and time to reflect on your position in life and in your career, to take your career’s temperature and examine your strengths and weaknesses. This process creates an opportunity to stay the course, make a slight adjustment or take off in a new career direction. I found the exercise personally liberating and insightful and it has led me to take on a new fulfilling assignment."
“Prior to receiving career coaching, I was constantly running up against roadblocks that were preventing me from moving past the initial interview process to receiving a bona fide offer. As I am a recent graduate, I was faced with the new challenges of presenting myself on resumes and at interviews. Susan was able to quickly identify specific interviewing flaws that were hindering my progression. By helping me to focus on specifically what I wanted out of my career, Susan both encouraged and gave me the direction I needed to take control of my career searching. I took her advice and literally went from having the buildup of anxiety associated with the job hunt to the excitement of pursuing a fulfilling career. This change in perspective not only improved my confidence, but also gave tangible results as I went from having one interview every 3-6 months to having 6 in 1 month. More importantly, Susan’s coaching enlightened me to the importance of the interview process and how I am actually interviewing the host company as much as they are interviewing me. This simple message had profound implications and changed the interview from an arduous process to an enjoyable social event. In the end, I learned to present myself well and identified what I wanted and this is what helped to progress my career to a new level.”
